Odyssea 4.0 is the Live Demo of SMACT in Friuli-Venezia Giulia focused on the Digital Twin, the virtual representation of a physical asset, a highly integrated digital model capable of supporting the product during its entire life cycle. Thanks to the support of partner companies, numerous projects are coming to life in this area which aim to become examples of success for anyone who wants to adopt this technology in the future. The purpose of the platform is to collect valuable use cases to demonstrate their potential and benefits. This live demo is in cooperation with Danieli Automation, Electrolux and Wartsila.
Smart Hybrid Energy Management System
A framework that using Machine Learning minimises the emissions from the usage of the fuel by optimising the consumption of the available energy from the alternative sources. The model is able to forecast the power demand at each time point of the mission, predict KPIs based on emissions and then optimize fuel and battery power consumption values. In cooperation with Wartsila.
